Track Judge® Reports
My name is Dr. Charles Judge. For the past decade I’ve been working to develop a report that will benefit ALL thoroughbred handicappers. The report is designed to bring into focus the important pieces of information needed to solve the handicapping puzzle. This report analyzes each race and graphically depicts the past performances and probable outcome of the race based on the running style, speed and pace of each horse. This provides the handicapper with the proverbial picture that’s worth a thousand running lines.
- The user does not have to pick and choose a horse’s previous running line, and there is no software required

The reports provide a combination of text data and graphic presentation of the horses’ past performances.
The graphic portion of the report provides:
- Pace and speed rating
- Running style
- Graphic comparison of each horse in the race to the other horses and the pars for the race

- Pace ratings
- Speed ratings
- Breeding data for distance, off track and turf performance
- Performance Space Graphics
